About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and customer-oriented Pharmacist Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care. The ideal candidate is passionate about community health, possesses strong leadership abilities, and is committed to upholding professional service standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their medical, nutritional, and dietary needs.
• Conduct basic health screening services.
• Provide professional counselling and advice on medication usage and overall health improvement.
• Review prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
• Recommend appropriate health supplements and wellness products.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including providing coverage for other pharmacists when required.
• Participate in stock-taking activities and manage expired or short-dated products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and stock levels are properly maintained.
• Minimize product wastage in line with company standards.
• Receive and verify stock deliveries based on purchase orders.
• Store pharmaceutical products according to proper storage and safety guidelines.
• Maintain optimal product availability while managing costs and storage capacity effectively.
• Train and onboard new staff while providing ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Communicate new product launches and promotional campaigns to the team and customers effectively.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with government regulations.
• Adhere to professional pharmacy practices and follow all guidelines issued by regulatory authorities and the company.
• Maintain accurate records for prescriptions and the poison register as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
