Job Summary
Manage electrical engineering projects by overseeing schedules, coordinating resources, ensuring safety compliance, and providing technical support to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee detailed work schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, and suppliers to optimize resource and material planning
- Manage manpower and resources effectively to meet project demands and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and manage project documentation including material submissions, risk assessments, drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals (OMM)
- Ensure site safety compliance with relevant regulations and manage safety requirements proactively
- Provide technical support by conducting site surveys, attending project meetings, and resolving technical issues promptly
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to support project goals
- Travel to project sites as required to oversee operations and provide on-site support
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in reading and creating technical drawings using AutoCad and Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Knowledgeable in PLC, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and control panel design and programming
- Class 3 driving licence

- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to understand technical specifications and requirements
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
