Role Description

This is a strategic and results-driven role for a Business Development Manager responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue generation through market expansion and partnership development initiatives. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients and partnerships, and supporting commercial activities to achieve organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, managing negotiations, monitoring market trends, maintaining business pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational and marketing goals. The role also involves analyzing business performance metrics, supporting customer relationship management activities, and contributing to long-term business growth and strategic planning initiatives. The position requires strong communication abilities, commercial awareness, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business development, sales strategy, and market expansion principles

• Knowledge of client relationship management, lead generation, and partnership development processes

• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies effectively

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and business analytics platforms

• Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial reports professionally

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business priorities and deadlines efficiently

• Understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition processes is an advantage

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operational teams

• Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to driving sustainable business growth

  • • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
