JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, monitor, and maintain SQL and Sybase database environments.
• Perform database installation, configuration, patching, backup, and recovery.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries and processes.
• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure system availability.
• Support database migration, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Implement database security, access control, and compliance measures.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for deployment support

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SQL and Sybase database
• Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase database administration.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
• Experience in database monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts.
