Key Responsibilities

• Support CEO and the Company in relation to strategic business initiatives and the growth of the firm’s ecosystem.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new investment and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, investors, founders, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and networking activities involving the Chairman and the Company.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments.
• Assist with presentations, reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Support portfolio companies with introductions, strategic partnerships, and business growth opportunities where required.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Assist with administrative and operational matters related to business development activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman or Management from time to time.
  
  Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in business development, investment, venture capital, client relations, or executive support is advantageous.
• Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
  Additional hours, weekends, and public holidays may be required depending on operational needs.
