Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Security Technical Operations Engineer based in Singapore. The role involves providing technical support for physical security systems, troubleshooting issues, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth system administration. Additionally, the role includes working with networking technologies to ensure effective system integration and functionality. Collaboration with internal and external teams to implement and maintain robust security infrastructure will also be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for physical security systems, including diagnostics and problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of System Administration, including the ability to maintain and configure security-related systems
• Familiarity with Databases and the ability to ensure data integrity and maintenance for security systems
• Understanding of Networking concepts to ensure proper integration and operation of security systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in security systems, networking, or IT are advantageous
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
