Position Summary
The Logistics Assistant responsibility is to assist the Inventory/Inbound/Outbound Executive on inventory management, Inbound operation, outbound operation, MDN/POSM and order processing tasks in line with the agreed SOPs and organizational/inventory policy.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
You will play an essential role to:
- Assist on the day-to-day tasks of all logistics matters with reference to Inbound and outbound operations which cover local &export deliveries, Import containers, POSM management and other value added activities (re-packing).
- To ensure the physical and system inventory accuracy is at the highest acceptable level at all times.
- To perform daily reconciliation for Inbound and Outbound transactions for finished goods/POSM/MDN and ensure it is timely and accurately updated in both ERP and WMS.
- Timely and accurately perform transaction posting of inventory in ERP and WMS for all stock movements within Logistics areas.

- Assist to identify the necessary changes to the day-to-day operations processes in order to increase inventory accuracy and to improve the overall effectiveness of Logistics operations.
- To assist, execute or lead the inventory management related projects or initiatives.
- Perform administration and office support activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG warehousing or inventory management is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum Diploma holders.
- Proficient in spoken and written in Bahasa and English.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
- Working knowledge of any integrated ERP/ MRP/ WMS system.
- Organized, process-orientated and the ability to work independently.
- Analytical and problem solving.
- Good in coordination of work and information/records administration knowledge.
