Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily Toolbox Meetings at jobsite.
• Conduct daily safety inspections at jobsite and submit the checklist to management on daily basis.
• Improve the daily safety inspection checklist from time to time according to project requirement and MOM regulation.
• Inspecting and ensuring all equipment, tools used & PPE comply.
• Taking full responsibility of annual safety audit and preparation of all relation safety document.
• Ensure safety policies and standards are being maintained and employees are abiding workplace safety rules and safe work practices.
• Preparation of Risk Assessments & Safe Work Procedures according to method statement provided by technical team.
• Preparation and submission of safety weekly report to client.
• Conduct site walk, routine inspection, prepare photographic inspection report /checklist and ensure proper documentation is recorded for future reference.
• To investigate any workplace Incident and accident including identification of root causes andthe implementation of the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
• Organize and conduct Mass toolbox meeting
• Preparation of full safety system for WSH award and necessary safety campaign and recognition.
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to safety matters assigned by the management and project team.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health and/or other relevant certificates
• Minimal 3 years of working experience in construction sector.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
• 6 days’ work a week.
• Must be able to work in MHA
• Full disclosure of criminal offence and subjected to screening by Ministry of Home & Affair.
