Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Prepare and manage internal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination
2. Documentation & Filing
- Organize, update, and maintain company records (physical & digital)
- Ensure proper filing system and document control
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and reports
3. Data Entry & Record Management
- Perform data entry and update administrative databases
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Assist in generating basic reports when required
4. Inventory & Office Supplies
- Monitor office supplies and administrative materials
- Assist in stock tracking and procurement requests
5. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative matters
- Assist in company events, meetings, and internal programs
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Pay: RM150.00 - RM200.00 per month
