• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets

• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales orders

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management

• Participate in marketing activities, events, or exhibitions to generate leads

• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Semiconductor equipment or related field

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good negotiation and closing skills

• Customer-oriented with strong relationship management ability

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required)

• Willing to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Experience in B2B or industry-specific sales (Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing and Equipment are an added advantage)

• Experience handling key accounts or corporate clients

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
