We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Account Manager with a strong focus on new business acquisition. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new corporate clients and drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities. This is not a partnerships-focused role; the emphasis is on generating new sales, supported by internal leads, while ensuring high-quality account servicing post-onboarding.
New Business Acquisition (Hunter Focus)
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts.
- Drive outbound sales outreach, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Convert internal inbound leads into successful sales opportunities
Account Management & Servicing
- Oversee the onboarding process for newly acquired clients to ensure a seamless start.
- Deliver timely, responsive, and proactive account servicing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and incremental growth.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal operations and support teams to ensure service excellence.
- Contribute to team initiatives, good working culture, and overall business performance.
If you are someone who brings:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition.
- Strong hunter mentality with resilience and a target-driven approach.
- Ability to manage both new acquisitions and ongoing account servicing.
