Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Project or Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in industrial real estate, logistics, or project management.
- Proven experience in industrial and logistics sector.
Required Skills
- Strong corporate sales background with expertise in consultations, sales enablement, and leadership.
- High commercial and financial acumen, including contract modelling and deal structuring.
- Ability to anticipate trends, simplify complex concepts, and drive change.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience influencing management and leading teams.
- Client-centric approach with deep understanding of industrial markets, competitor landscape, and regulatory context.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and cost reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
