Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment record
Coordinate and administer training programmes in accordance with the company's training calendar
Liaise with external training providers and manage training logistics
Track training attendance, completion records, and course evaluations
Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and feedback from departments
Support submissions and claims under government-supported training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture)
Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare reports for management review
Other HR General Administrative ad-hoc work support
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
