 Location: Woodlands , Singapore

 Employment Type: Full-Time

 Salary: $2,000.00– $2,800/month

 Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, 0730 – 1730

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation &Monitoring

• Operate and maintain specialized machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

2. Production Process Execution

• Measure and load raw materials according to precise recipe specifications.
• Manage the packaging line, ensuring that instant coffee powder or granules are correctly weighed, sealed, and labeled.

3. Quality Control

• Conduct regular sensory checks and physical inspections of the product at various stages of production.
• Immediately report any deviations in product quality or equipment performance to the Production Supervisor.

4. Food Safety & Sanitation

• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
• Maintain a pristine workspace to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education; vocational training in food production or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or machine operation preferred, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail in measuring, weighing, and packaging processes.
