Job Summary

Support daily operations by coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting in audits and reporting to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily operations to meet schedules and deliverables
• Monitor operational timelines and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational records and reports with accuracy and completeness
• Compile reports for management review to support informed decision-making
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and stakeholders to handle inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
• Support contract management and service agreement processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards during operations
• Monitor operational processes to maintain quality and efficiency standards
• Assist in audits and inspections as required to uphold compliance and quality
• Perform other operations-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
