Job Description

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s client acquisition and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and passionate about building strong business relationships. This role focuses on sales development, client servicing, and account management within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct outdoor business development activities and client visits
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Support marketing and branding initiatives to increase company visibility
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participate in networking events and business development activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in sales, business development, outdoor sales, or customer service will be an advantage
• Comfortable with outdoor client visits and meeting customers regularly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Comfortable engaging with corporate clients and conducting outreach activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
