What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
• Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to meet business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability
• Collaborate with consultants and business users to enhance the ServiceNow experience
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (e.g. CAD, ITSM) are a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
