Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and dedicated Operations Executive to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's operations and compliance functions.

You will be primarily responsible for the accurate handling of school records, developing compliance frameworks, and managing time-sensitive regulatory processes. This role requires an individual who thrives behind the scenes, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in ensuring the school operates efficiently and in full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically manage and ensure the accurate recording, filing, and safekeeping of all school administrative documents and student records.

  • Draft, generate, and regularly update administrative compliance document templates to ensure the school consistently meets local educational regulations and internal standards.

  • Manage and execute routine and ad-hoc PEI (Private Education Institution) submissions online, ensuring all uploaded data is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor compliance timelines closely and proactively manage schedules to ensure all administrative and regulatory deadlines are strictly met.

  • Assist in reviewing and streamlining school operations and improving administrative workflows for greater efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with academic and non-academic staff to ensure proper documentation of school policies, procedures, and daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or compliance role, preferably within the education sector.

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience and familiarity with PEI (Private Education Institution) online portals and regulatory submissions.

  • Exceptionally meticulous with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.

  • Excellent time-management skills with a proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

  • High proficiency in using digital document management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
