Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver seamless operational support while aligning with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong partnership.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address operational challenges, escalating critical issues while maintaining transparency with the customer.
- Provide regular performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
- At least FIVE (5) years of experience in operations management
- Preferably with knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS delivery models,
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and incident management.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in written and presentation.
- Customer focus and process oriented.
