Job Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver application development, system integration, and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Oversee project execution including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, implementation, and timeline management.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams while ensuring effective resource utilization across projects.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Handle vendor evaluation, RFP processes, and vendor performance management.
• Ensure all systems and project activities adhere to governance, regulatory, and security standards.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder reporting.
• Contribute to departmental planning, budgeting, and team capability development.
• Promote continuous improvement, compliance awareness, and risk management practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; PMP certification is an added advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, particularly in system integration environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and resource planning capabilities.
• Good understanding of compliance, governance, and operational risk management.
• Demonstrates leadership, accountability, adaptability, and collaborative working style.
