生态运营推动经理(Ecosystem Development Executive / Manager)
Location|工作地点:Singapore 新加坡
岗位职责|Key Responsibilities
1) 新加坡本地生态建设|Local Ecosystem Development
- 对接并推动新加坡本地生态伙伴合作,包括EAM、品牌顾问、独立理财顾问(IFA)等;
- 维护合作关系,推动合作落地与持续运营。
- Engage and drive partnerships with local ecosystem players in Singapore, including EAMs, Brand Consultants and IFAs;
- Maintain partner relationships and ensure execution and ongoing collaboration.
2) 跨境渠道联动|Cross-border Channel Enablement
- 对接新加坡代言人,推动其与国内城市渠道合作项目开展与落地;
- 促进新加坡资源与国内渠道的双向链接与协同。
- Liaise with Singapore ambassadors/representatives to enable collaboration projects with China onshore channels;
- Facilitate two-way connection and cross-team coordination for execution.
3) 生态活动运营|Ecosystem Events & Operations
- 策划与组织生态相关活动(闭门会、交流会、路演、线上/线下活动等),并推进运营与复盘优化;
- 提升生态活跃度与合作转化。
- Plan and execute ecosystem-related events (roundtables, roadshows, online/offline sessions) and drive operations & post-event improvement;
- Increase ecosystem engagement and conversion.
任职要求|Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验;
Bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 具备较强执行力、推动力与沟通协调能力,能独立推进项目落地;
Strong execution, ownership and stakeholder management; able to drive projects end-to-end.
- 具备新加坡本地资源(EAM/IFA/家办/专业服务机构等)或国内渠道资源者优先;
Existing networks in Singapore (EAM/IFA/FO/professional firms) or China onshore channels preferred.
- 有金融/财富管理/商务拓展/生态运营经验者优先;
Experience in finance/wealth management/BD/ecosystem operations preferred.
