任职资格
- Acceptable for SPM qualification / fresh graduates
- Proficient in Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Basic English is acceptable
- Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shifts with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Ara Damansara
- Able to start working on 14 June / 26 June 2023
岗位职责
- Ability to handle all inbound in regarding customers’ general inquiries.
- Assist customers in solving their problems and issues on time.
- Using problem-solving skills in helping customers with any difficulties/complaints regarding food delivery/order issues.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM 10 per hour)
- RM5,000 JOINING BONUS (Separate into 2 payments term | RM2,500 will be paid at one shot after 3 months of completion and after 6 months for another Rm2,500)
