零售销售主管 (Based at Johor, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Labuan, Tioman)

ACCOUNTABILITY                                                                                                                                                   

• Dedicated to coordinate sales team, ensure the team's sales target are met and support the management.
• Will perform sales, management and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance and monitoring inventory.
• Excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Duty Free products especially Liquor & Tobacco, Perfume & Cosmetic, Skincare, Chocolates & Confectionary.
• Recruiting and training new sales team, assigning specific tasks to other sales team and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
• Writing reports for Branch Executives.
• Assisting with the selling of branch's products and assisting to maximize sales.
• Stocking shelves, setting up displays and performing cleaning duties.
• Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team to solve customers' problems.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
