任职资格
- Min possess Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent training.
- Have at least 3 years working experience in marketing.
- Those who have working experience in Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.
- Must possess strong written, presentation, verbal skills and good business sense.
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram and other top social channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office especially Excel and Power point.
- Experience in Graphic Design and Copy writing.
- Multitasking.
岗位职责
- Conduct market research to analyze and understand the market trends and customer’s needs.
- Develop and manage content strategies across all relevant social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & etc.
- Analyze and develop the Marketing strategies to increase the sales opportunities.
- Manage the company websites and e-commerce platforms.
- To create budgets for social media activities.
- Analyze and report the results (reach, engagement, revenue and etc) after every marketing strategy made and make the necessary improvement.
- Liaise with marketing related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies and printing companies.
- To hire and collaborate with external influencers such as youtuber, blogger, instagrammer, media and etc.
- To attend customers' inquiries.
