任职资格
- Possess SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience handling customers and operation
- Good communication skill
- Good time management
- Knowledge in Languages Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh is an added advantage
岗位职责
- Handle foreign workers grievances
- Settle foreign workers bank opening and other bank related issues
- Prepare foreign workers handover documentation
- Send invoice to customers
- Prepare outsource customers agreement
- Check outsource workers salary listing after receiving from customers.
