任职资格
Experience and Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in infrastructure, super structure, architectural of Highrise building project.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge in the construction industry, Microsoft office, excel, projects and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Organised, meticulous & Analytic.
- Good communication skills both oral and writing
- Good interpersonal skill
岗位职责
Job Description:
- Responsible for handling overall site activities
- Monitoring of daily site activities and site safety
- Plan and co-ordinates site activities
- Check on contractor and sub-contractor work done, defect and quality.
- Conduct site survey and measurement work.
- Prepare site daily reports and reporting weekly and monthly work progress.
- Liaises with nominated subcontractors and subcontractors on subcontract matters.
- Attending site meeting and coordinating site activities
- Monitor work progress and quality controls are complied with the procedures.
- Ordering of construction materials, hiring/buying machineries, equipment’s and tools for site use and implementation of safety measures and guidelines
- Monitor the service and maintenance of machineries, equipment’s, tools, and vehicles for site use.
- Implement the preventive maintenance programme to avoid machine breakdown.
- Ensure that low wastage of material used.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the head or superior or management from time to time.
