任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Experience designing workflows, processes, and use cases
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, is a plus
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English both written and oral
岗位职责
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and document workflows, processes, and use cases
- Develop user stories and functional requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and status reports
- Manage change requests and ensure project scope is maintained
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
