任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or LCCI.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, UBS or SQL.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work Independently, Responsible, Positive working attitude and Self-motivated.
- Immediate start will be first consider.
岗位职责
- Handle full set accounts
- Manage and reconcile daily accounts operation, data entries, invoicing, credit card entries, online sales transactions, journal and ledger entries to accounting system.
- Inventories control (HQ and all outlets).
- Prepare monthly payment reports including staff claims and filing.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Support in month end closing procedure with timely and accurate recording.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
