任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- Minimum have 3 years of work experience in purchasing with solid leadership and hands on experience.
- Detailed and operationally focused.
- Capable to problem solve, judgment, adaptive and conflict management
- Comfortable with shift work, working on weekends and Public Holidays
- Computer literate is compulsory
岗位职责
- Responsible for the management of the company purchases and orders based on sell out, quantity on hand and on order
- Placement of order according to principal’s lead time
- Updates all outstanding orders with principal
- Keep track of delivery status of invoices from principal
- Identify and forecast all company skus report according to their skus movement
- To provide all sales team the balance stocks report and expiry product status
- Work with sales team to forecast the future orders
- Monitor stock holding with the warehouse manager
- Monitor expiry stocks with warehouse manager and to inform sales team to push out the stocks in a timely manner
- Working with Finance/Brand department on any new price change from principal
- Ad hoc reports/ projects/ duties that may be assigned from time to time
