任职资格
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- Knowledge in marketing for property is an added advantage
- Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application
- Posses own transport
岗位职责
- To handle & serve client, with team or independently.
- To handle a design project from the beginning to the handover.
- To handle client’s requirements, present design proposal & close deal.
- To prepare project cost.
- To produce premium/ high quality design
- To plan & manage design & project schedule well.
- To arrange, coordinate, control & manipulate progress of a project.
