任职资格
- Minimum SPM holder
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Cantonese will be an additional advantage)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift with 5 working days (9.5 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Nusajaya Office, Johor Bahru
- Able to join intake date: 24 May 2023 & 30 May 2023
岗位职责
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer’s with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + Up to RM300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM10/hour)
