任职资格
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, help desk software, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail.
- Adaptability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Possess own transportation.
岗位职责
- Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues through various channels.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Require to travel to client's premises for IT support and software installation.
- Monitor system performance, and perform maintenance tasks and backups.
- Conduct user training and promote best practices.
