任职资格
- Training would be provided to the selected candidates with the following skills and attributes:
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Mandarin
- Proficiency in another language would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and good typing speed
- Cheerful and Positive personality
- Adaptable and Proactive
- Able to communicate with customers
- Prefer a candidate with a Degree or Diploma or Higher Education Certificate
岗位职责
- Responsible for general office administration, operational and secretarial support to the Assistant Manager, Marketing and Senior Business Manager.
- Responsible for preparation of company correspondence, reports and other documents with speed, independently and accurately.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communications.
- To maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents, include company / corporate statutory and legal files.
- Compile submission & reporting of monthly A&P expenses.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
