Flash Malaysia Express is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Interns to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within the HR field while contributing to the success of our organization.
HR Internship opportunities are available in the following fields:
- Compensation and Benefit (CnB)
- Employee and Industrial Relations (IR/ER)
- People Services (PPS)
- Talent Acquisition (TA)
Job Requirement:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field. Final-year students are preferred.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Proficient in both English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Display enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with various departments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fast-paced thinker and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

- Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors from several departments
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Perform research at a supervisor's request.
- Perform clerical duties such as presentations, drafting reports, etc.
