任职资格
Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager
- Working knowledge and experience in telecommunications network services such as planning, installation, integration, migration and commissioning.
- Preferred project experience IPMAN, DWDM, POC3, PTN, Core or similar network engineering is required.
- Solid technical know-how with hands-on experience in telecommunications requirement.
- Able to work well under high pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent in client-facing skills
- Excellent communication in verbal and written
- High literacy in Microsoft applications
- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Civil Engineering or any disciplines related to Telco/ IT / Networking
岗位职责
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Perform daily KPI monitoring, updating, analysis and reports to customers.
- Participate in remote for equipment cutover, upgrading during activity windows period.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- To ensure all the completed projects are billed and invoiced on time
