Full Time Vacancy: Admin & Account Assistant

Location: Mont Kiara

Working Hours: 

• (option 1): Monday till Friday @9am-5:00pm, Saturday @9:00am-2:00pm. Sunday off (5.5 working days)
• (option 2): Wednesday till Sunday @9:00am-5:00pm, Monday & Tuesday off. (5 working days)

Qualification: 

• Must possess at least diploma or bachelor in business management or accounting or related field.
• Able to handle SQL Accounting software
• Literate in Ms Office and Google

Others:

• Have at least one year relevant working experience
• Possess own transport
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Attitude: punctuality, responsible and independent, teamwork, and able to met the deadlines.

Jobscope: 

• Reply new student enquiries, arrange classes, follow up and close sales, stock count, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, booking & filing, simple accounting knowledge.
