任职资格
- Min Diploma / Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
- Preference will be given to candidate with working experience in Leasing /Retail / Mall Management
- Good written and verbal communication skills and decision making skills
- Self discipline, good time management, project management skills, team leader
- Own transport is a must
- At least 2 years in renovation/maintenance field related experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to work under pressure
岗位职责
- Liaise with contractors on work schedules
- Check contractors' progress and update project timeline on a timely basis
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Supervise subcontractors and conduct onsite inspections to ensure exceptional project outcomes achieve on-time and within budget.
- Submission weekly reporting to HQ
- Attend to renovation related matters including submitting renovation permits, move in permits and etc
- Able to do any duties as assigned by superior from time to time
