任职资格
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Have at least 1 year working experience in relevant field will be preferable with proven experience as a videographer, with a firm portfolio showcasing your skills in shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and how video content fits into broader marketing strategies.
- Understand video formats, codecs, and optimization techniques for different platforms.
- Creative and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling videos.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and a passion for creating visually stunning videos.
- Positive attitude, patience, willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed.
- Good communication skills and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet tight datelines, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and able to accept criticism and feedback.

- Responsible to plan, shoot, and edit videos that effectively communicate our brand message, product features, and company initiatives.
- Create high-quality, compelling video content for various platforms, including social media channels, website, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in videography, social media, and digital marketing to consistently deliver innovative and engaging content.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet product/brand identity
- Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about emerging video and social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
