任职资格
- Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Multimedia/Media/Art/Broadcasting/Mass Com IT related or equivalent.
- Proven track record of product styling and video/photoshoot advantage.
- Preferably possess some or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Passionate in photography and videography.
- Advanced proficiency in Capcut, Premier Pro, Lightroom or After Effects is a must have.
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrators a must have.
- Active in social media. Eg: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Tiktok. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut or other raw image and video processing
- Knowledge of techniques, principles and equipment of photography and videography including still, motion, colour and black and white photography
- Knowledge of basic mobile or computer softwares to perform photo and video editing
- Performs custom and specialized photography in the studio or on location
- Strong passion in photography and video editing
- Understands that catalogue and videos are core to the business and is able to complete the task in tight dateline
- Able to create and deliver graphic and motion design for the company's needs, according to the result of the briefing.
岗位职责
- Carrying out research and preparation for a shoot
- Conducting photo-shoots
- Set color, scale and composition standards to ensure consistency in preparation of all images output for web
- Carry out ad hoc duties as and when required
- Carrying out photo editing and retouching to achieve high quality and standard images
- Handle the picture & video production until publishing (shoot picture, shoot video, designs, set up and operation-site production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment)
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the social media industry
- Collaborating to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports as they apply to production requirements.
- Deliver high-quality product on time, ensure all projects are on schedule
- Consulting on/contributing to creation of outline/script and storyboards, and project logistics
- Perform video recording to make reels, stories, short clips, teasers, etc. for uploading to social medias such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, xiaohongshu, E-commerce platforms etc.
- Video edit, including integration with music, graphics, both formal and informal as well as adding after or special effect to the footages
