Primary Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Driving Students & Staff
• Transport students from multiple locations to and from school, and for special events such as field trips.
• Communicates with senior staff about changes of the students list
• Assist students with getting on and off the van/bus as needed.
• Discipline student as needed to maintain a safe environment for all passengers.
• Ensure safety of all passengers
• Perform duties pertaining to care and maintenance of the vehicles using the vehicles check list on regular basis, including cleanliness and routine safety inspections to ensure the vehicles are in good working conditions before and after use. For instance: ensure vehicle is mechanically sound at all times, inspect the lights, brakes, seats, sufficient fuel, safety belts.
• Obey all traffic laws.
• General driving duties
• Transport staff to various locations
• Despatch documents, mails, food to quarantine centres.
• Attend safety meetings as required.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Support Facility & Maintenance - Non-Driving Related Task
• To provide general support to the Facility Team as directed.

For instance :

• Perform building maintenance tasks
• Replace light bulbs in buildings when necessary
• Perform minor repair jobs
• Upkeep railings and walls painting support
• Arrange classrooms
• Set up functions
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
