任职资格
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Working hour: 8.00am to 5.00pm / 3pm to 12am (Any 5 days of the week)
- Must be fluent in English & BM and Mandarin is optional
- Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.
岗位职责
- Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
- Records & answer to customer inquiries
- Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Modify the details in the system as per requests.

Remunerations
- Monthly salary up to RM3,200 (Allowances included)
- Allowances (up to RM900)
- Annual leave 16 days per annum
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS would be contributed
Working Hours
- Rotational shift basis (within 8:00am - 12:00am)
- Maximum 5 working days with 2 days off day
