任职资格
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
岗位职责
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and effective way
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing customer service-related goals
- Support other value added services to the tenants as and when needed.
- To provide courteous, accurate and prompt services to both internal and external parties at all times.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
