任职资格
- Successful candidate must have a strong passion for mobile games
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills both in English
- Preferred 1-2-year experience with player support or online community development
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
- Basic component isolation and troubleshooting skills
- Flexible to work varied shifts on a 7-day schedule
岗位职责
- Respond to players’ queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat, and follow up with players to ensure their issues are resolved
- Analyze and report game malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Monitor players’ complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform players about new features and functionalities of the game
- Gather players feedback and share with the internal team
