任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English both written and oral
岗位职责
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project scope changes and ensure that project goals are achieved
- Allocate resources, including personnel and materials
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
- Motivate team members to meet project objectives
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
