任职资格
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Must Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Graduate Diploma in Accounting
- Mandarin & English Speaking
Required Skill(s):
- Preferable at least 1/2 years of experience in auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
岗位职责
- Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department to achieve departmental objectives and goals.
- To manage and provide an accurate monthly debtor statement, monthly banks reconciliation, maintaining journal, General Ledger and other reporting. Assist manager to submit reporting to Headquarter.
- Handling daily operations work such as check and processing supplier invoice, sales order (checking), and etc.
- Communicate with operation teams included sales & service coordinator; Identifying and handle an operational issue.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior.
- Dealing with banker, lawyer, secretary, auditor and tax agent. To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record in proper.
