任职资格
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma or degree holders in any field of studies
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the customer service function of a related business is an added advantage
- Must have strong inter-personal skills
- Fluent in English, Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Location: Bangsar South / Kuching / Melaka
岗位职责
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Providing information on products and services
- Processing orders and handling returns and exchanges
- Recording customer interactions and transactions in a database
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Identifying and suggesting potential improvements to customer service processes
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
