任职资格
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Bachelor Degree in any field
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Mature personality with high adaptability and flexibility skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
- Well-versed with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work outstation
岗位职责
- Responsible for arranging meetings such as management meetings, taking meeting minutes and equipment set-up.
- Assist in organizing events, appointments and social activities.
- Assist to follow up pending tasks as requested by the director.
- Data compilation for preparation of reports and presentation.
- Manage director schedule effectively, ensuring proper time allocation for appointment and meeting.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the director from time to time
