任职资格
- Min Education requirement : LCCI
- Handle accounting functions and related duties, Know full set account will be advantage
- Need to be able to use Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)
- Added advantage accounting software knowledge (AutoCount/ SQL/ MYOB/ Xero)
- At least 1-2 years' experience in related field
- Good Personality and postive working attitude, responsible, self discpline and dedicate to work
- Good written and verbal Communication skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
岗位职责
- Keeping financial records up-to-date
- Processing business transactions
- Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices
- Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
- Maintaining sales ledger and general ledger
