任职资格
REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian only.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales-Financial Service or equivalent.
- Ex-banker or other insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in BANKING & SALES will be added advantage.

- Provide professional consultation or advice to clients on financial planning
- Planning & target setting for the team's sales.
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
- Recruitment & management of agency channel team members.
- Training, motivating and developments of team members.
- To synergize on build own team
- Provide excellent after sales services and maintain good relationship with clients
