任职资格
岗位职责
- Arrange the transport arrangement.
- Ensure materials/products received according to supplier's DO.
- Ensure products are delivered according to delivery orders.
- Ensure that materials/products are stored at designated areas.
- Ensure that proper house-keeping & maintenance of store in clean & tidy conditions.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Managing mail/phone communications & Reviewing incoming documents.
- Managing filing systems.
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties.
- Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives.
- Preparing Delivery Order and invoices.
- To liaise with local authorities regarding license renewal & application
- Document submission [to bank, authorities etc..]
- Any other jobs assigned by superior.
